Catfish Lake

The most popular lake at the venue, its advisable to book in advance if you are looking to specifically fish this lake. Catfish have been caught at over 40lb & will grow bigger. There are carp to approaching 30lb, so tackle should be stepped up, with a minimum of 15lb mainline on your reels, no braid, size 2 barbless hooks , a 42inch landing net and a walled or beanie landing mat. Best baits are large Halibut pellets , but the Cats come out on all sorts of baits including boilies & squid
